Covering a vast 7,653 square kilometres – about a quarter of the size of Belgium – Ontario’s Algonquin Park is Canada’s oldest provincial park. With over 2,400 lakes and 1,200km of streams and rivers, the park is home to a huge diversity of wildlife, such as moose, black bear and wolves, and the best way to spot them is by canoe.
