The Meadow shirt by Odlo has some nice features for performance and comfort in the outdoors. The material is Odlo's own plain weave 'F-dry spuntex' material, which is lightweight, very breathable and fast drying.
Technical man-made fibres can often get smelly quickly after a hard day on the trails but the Meadow shirt tackles this problem effectively with an anti-bacterial silver treatment helping to reduce odour build-up. This makes it a great option not only for walking but also for general travel.
Other features include poppers rather than buttons for quick removal, a zipped breast pocket and a UV rating of 50 to protect you from the suns harmful rays.
Although style is subjective, in our opinion, the particular colourway on test makes the shirt look a little dour but there are other, more zingy colours available.
Overall the Odlo Meadow shirt performs well out on the trail and is good value for money at £50 so we can forgive its slightly dour looks.
