A new campsite has opened at the WaterWorks Centre near Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London. The new site is handy for many sporting events and gigs in the capital this summer, as well as being value for money. Events taking place at the park include Wireless Festival, Sainsbury’s London Anniversary Games, EAST the re-opening of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Prudential Ride London.
The nearby Lee Valley has a wide variety of activities on offer, in particular cycling. The Lee Valley White Water Centre, which offers many paddle sports, is within easy reach.
There are even pre-pitched tents at the site, so there’s no need to bring your own if travelling by train or bike.
