The Teko M3RINO hiking socks are made from 74% Argentinian Merino wool, 25% Polyamide and 1% Elastic. They are a medium-weight sock so great for all but the warmest of British weather - we’ve worn them on reasonably balmy British days and found them to be perfectly acceptable in the sweaty foot stakes.

The anatomical shape cradles your foot and makes it feel well cosseted and supported which gives the sock a quality feel and should help prevent slippage and therefore blisters.

They dry quickly making them suitable for multi-day hikes and you certainly won’t feel any chafing or bunching when you start racking up the miles.

Although the directions say tumble drier ready, proceed with caution, ours went from a burly size 11 to a wee little kiddy size by the time they’d been through the cycle, although we were able to stretch them back with some gentle persuasion.

Overall, a well-priced lightweight sock that should last the test of time and miles underfoot.
