Therma-Rest's lovely Navis sleeping bag is filled with 750+ fill goose down with a comfort rating of -2 to +7C, and is designed to be used by alpinists and backpackers looking for minimal weight and maximum warmth and versatility.
You may think that the low temperature isn't actually that 'low', and Therma-Rest do expect you to wear an insulated jacket whilst using the Navis in really sub-zero conditions, but the ‘sewn-through’ construction in the upper half of the bag layers easily over a belay parka or a lightweight pullover and also allows you to move around comfortably, and this combo allows you to carry less weight.
The ‘SynergyLink Connectors’ on the bottom of the Navis are a good extra, being flexible bands on the bottom of the bag which fit around your sleeping mattress to keep it centred and ensure you don’t roll off.
Weighing in at 610g and coming with a stuff and storage sac, this is a lovely sleeping bag which everyone from alpinists to weekend warriors will sleep soundly in.
