This 22L hiking backpack ticks all of the boxes for an effective day pack. Osprey’s Airscape back system is ridiculously comfortable without being overly complicated. It’s adjustable for different torso lengths and combines wavy foam channels with a mesh overlay. This offers a combination of excellent venting and comfort. Compression straps allow you to secure everything within the backpack, these straps run over the top of the stretch side pockets on both sides securing water bottles. This process is assisted by drainage cut-outs at the bottom of the pocket. The top of the pocket is secured by an adjustable buckle and webbing strap.
Just above the kangaroo pocket is Osprey's patented Lid Lock system. Essentially a piece of plastic on the end of a bungee cord, but it ingeniously allows you to quickly attach a helmet to the bag.

Your hydration bladder can be stored separately from the main compartment, nestled between the bag and the back panel.
