Love the idea of my muscles being rejuvenated as I walk!
Hem length a little short

Craghoppers are well known for their walking trousers, with the Kiwi Pro being a favourite among hill walkers. The Dynamic Pro trousers offer the same level of build quality and durability but with a twist.

The special Dynamic 12000 fabric contains six naturally occurring minerals, reflecting infrared rays naturally produced by the body back into you. This is claimed to help maintain energy levels and rejuvenate muscles. It’s a great innovation that won Craghoppers a coveted ISPO award (on the Dynamic Pro waterproof jacket).

Wellness aside, the Dynamic Pro trousers offer up an athletic, sporty cut that’s slightly tapered towards the ankles. This is bang on trend with people favouring a slim, tapered cut for aesthetics, performance and comfort.

A small amount of two-way stretch helps the Dynamic Pro trousers feel easy going on the trail, the material feels light and airy making for a sporty, energetic hiking trouser – perhaps the Dynamic 12000 technology at work?

Despite the summer weight material there’s decent wind resistance to the fabric so walking in autumn and winter isn’t an unpleasant experience. We have also found the fabric to be especially resilient against rips or tears from overgrown paths and forest undergrowth. We have no doubt that the Dynamic Pro trousers will last for years judging by our previous experience with Craghoppers Kiwi Pro trousers and the comparable build quality of the Dynamic Pro trousers.

The waistband has a simple popper, zip and elasticated drawstring which is altogether comfortable and secure on long walks. The two zipped handwarmer pockets are deep enough to hold phones and wallets and have a soft, silky lining.

Overall, these are comfortable walking trousers with the added benefit of the Dynamic 12000 material. They’re excellent value compared to the competition, especially considering the tried and tested durability, making them a recommended buy.
